At the same time, CIHC has become one of the most important windows through which the world observes China's hydrogen policies, industrial development, and commercialization trends. From the four mainstream water electrolysis technologies—Alkaline (ALK), Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM), Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM), and Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell (SOEC)—to the gathering of leading electrolyzer manufacturers from China and around the world, CIHC 2027 will create one of the industry's most comprehensive platforms dedicated to green hydrogen production technologies.

Following five successful editions, the 6th China International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Industry Exhibition is expected to exceed 60,000 square meters, bringing together more than 600 leading companies. The world's hydrogen industry is increasingly looking toward China, and CIHC 2027 will once again bring the global hydrogen community together in Beijing.

Exhibitors and delegations from more than 20 countries and regions, together with international energy companies, research institutions, technology pioneers, and innovative enterprises, will gather from March 24–26, 2027 to showcase cutting-edge technologies and complete hydrogen industry solutions.

Connecting the Entire Green Hydrogen Value Chain

From renewable electricity generation to hydrogen production, storage, transportation, refueling, and hydrogen-based fuels such as green ammonia and green methanol, CIHC 2027 will comprehensively cover the entire Green Electricity → Green Hydrogen → Hydrogen-Based Fuels value chain.

Upstream, CIHC 2027 will be held alongside the 17th Clean Energy Expo China (CEEC 2027), creating strong synergies between renewable energy sectors including wind, solar PV, concentrated solar power, and energy storage, while showcasing integrated clean energy solutions that power green hydrogen production.

Midstream, a comprehensive range of electrolyzers and hydrogen production technologies will demonstrate how renewable electricity is efficiently converted into green hydrogen. Visitors will also explore advanced hydrogen storage and transportation technologies—including liquid hydrogen, compressed gaseous hydrogen, and solid-state hydrogen storage—as well as refueling infrastructure, fuel cell stacks, and complete fuel cell systems, providing integrated solutions covering hydrogen production, storage, transportation, distribution, and utilization.

Downstream, CIHC 2027 will present the latest commercial applications of hydrogen-based fuels, including green methanol, green ammonia, hydrogen blending with natural gas, hydrogen metallurgy, and many other emerging scenarios, illustrating the expanding role of hydrogen as both an energy carrier and an industrial feedstock.
